A malincuore quindi, a fine Agosto, visito un appartamento gestito dalla metro quadro immobiliare. Il signor Bonforte catapultatosi dalla sua bella spiaggia ( non era giorno di servizio) ci accoglie in ciabatte mare e tenuta estiva perché io avevo insistito per vedere subito l’appartamento nonostante il caldo afoso. L’appartamento ci piace e quindi, ancora più a malincuore, due giorni dopo mi reco in ufficio per fare la proposta di acquisto. Qui veniamo ricevuti dal signor Di Vincenzo che insieme a Bonforte ci indirizzano verso la proposta migliore. Che dire? La casa adesso è nostra ed in questi mesi ho conosciuto e potuto apprezzare uno staff cordiale, premuroso, pronto a mediare tra venditore e compratore con le parole giuste, una serietà impeccabile e un impegno profuso h 24. Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa il signor Di Vincenzo è stato sempre disponibile e ha trovato la soluzione più adatta e continua a consigliarci ancora adesso che la trattativa é andata a buon fine e la casa é nostra. La mia é stata un'operazione di acquisto immobile, lunga ed articolata per diversi motivi. Giuseppe Di Vincenzo é riuscito a mediare in maniera eccellente tra me ed i venditori, sia per cause di carattere tecnico che economico ed in parecchie occasioni si é impegnato direttamente nella produzione di documenti. Se dovessi acquistare nuovamente casa o se dovessi consigliare ad amici, la metroquadro sarebbe di sicuro la prima scelta. Tanta serietà e prezzi giusti. We have been assisted in the purchase of our first home in an exemplary way. We have found a great professionalism, seriousness and honesty. After six months of research in which we found everything, we no longer hoped to meet real estate agents capable of fulfilling their role. Mr. Nicotra instead made us think again! He was helpful and very precise from the first contact and never overlooked anything. Always present and attentive in advising us for the best until the conclusion of the sale which took place without any hitch.
