β β β β β Ho comprato delle scarpe Vans e il secondo giorno le ho messe ai lati si sono staccate.
Dopo aver inviato loro diverse e-mail chiedendo loro di restituire i miei soldi o scambiarli con altri, mi dicono che stanno aspettando che Vans dica loro qualcosa.
Sono passati 2 mesi, non mi hanno dato nessuna soluzione e non rispondono nemmeno alle nuove e-mail che gli ho mandato chiedendo in merito.
Sto per denunciarlo alla polizia.
Questa azienda Γ¨ una vergogna, non comprare!
I bought some Vans shoes and on the second day I put them on the sides and they fell off.
After sending them several emails asking them to return my money or exchange it with others, they tell me they are waiting for Vans to tell them something.
It's been 2 months, they haven't given me any solution and they don't even reply to the new e-mails I sent them asking about it.
I'm about to report it to the police.
This company is a shame, do not buy!

β β β β β Worst Experience Ever! The Shop sent me the wrong snow pants. the shop was then not able to send me the ones I wanted. Also the shop could not provide a return label. Finally they wanted to convince me to keep the wrong pants (which actually are of inferior quality, too!). NEVER AGAIN. Hope everybody orders from a different shop everytime it's possible.
