★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente mai più. Tralasciando il prezzo a mio dire esagerato per un solo lavaggio di un cane medio (30 €) . La scorrettezza è regnata sovrana, non mi ha permesso di rimanere nel negozio, 10 minuti dopo averle lasciato la cagnolina ripasso casualmente davanti la toeletta vedendo il cane ancora lì dove lo avevo lasciato, dopo ulteriori 20 minuti mi trovo a ripassare davanti e continuo a vedere il mio cane sul tavolo senza essere stato toccato (supponevo di trovarla bagnata), dopo ulteriore 30 minuti vado a riprenderla, avendo concordato che serviva 1 ora per il lavaggio, 30 minuti dei quali il cane era rimasto così come lo avevo lasciato, lavare un cane a pelo lungo ed asciugarlo in 30 minuti è davvero impossibile! (dopo anni che porto il cane a toeletta so I tempi necessari per il suo pelo folto) palesemente lavato con uno shampoo a secco, soprattutto perché la puzza che riportava sulla groppa era ancora presente. Tornata a casa ho dovuto rilavarla da sola. Un urgenza mi ha portato a questa toeletta ma sicuramente mai più, la poca professionalità, la correttezza mancata, il non rispetto e la paraculaggine non sono di certo all insegna di una buona attività. Non consiglio a nessuno
Absolutely never again. Leaving aside the exaggerated price for a single wash of an average dog (30 €). Incorrectness reigned supreme, it did not allow me to stay in the shop, 10 minutes after leaving the dog, I casually review in front of the toilet, seeing the dog still there where I had left it, after a further 20 minutes I find myself passing in front of it and I continue to see my dog on the table without being touched (I assumed to find it wet), after a further 30 minutes I go to take it back, having agreed that 1 hour was needed for washing, 30 minutes of which the dog remained as I had left it, wash a long-haired dog and drying it in 30 minutes is really impossible! (after years of grooming the dog I know the time it takes for its thick coat) clearly washed with a dry shampoo, especially since the stench it brought back was still present. Back home I had to rewash it by myself. An urgency led me to this toilet but certainly never again, the lack of professionalism, lack of correctness, non-respect and paraculaggine are certainly not the sign of a good activity. I do not recommend to anyone
