Sin dalla prima volta ho apprezzato la professionalità, la cura e la passione con cui trattano gli "ospiti " che gli vengono affidati. La prova evidente è il mio cane stesso, che ritrovo ogni volta riposato, curato, in forma, pronto per tornare a casa dopo una vera e propria vacanza. In occasione non solo del soggiorno, sfrutto anche il servizio di toeletta, ottimo. Insomma, l'ho consigliato più volte e continuo a farlo. Grazie Monica, alla mamma, allo staff medico. I have been taking my cocker to L'Oasi for over seven years now. The place deserves. It is isolated, equipped, with large green spaces available. From the first time I appreciated the professionalism, care and passion with which they treat the "guests" entrusted to them. The clear proof is my dog itself, which I find every time rested, cared for, fit, ready to go home after a real vacation. On the occasion not only of the stay, I also take advantage of the toilet service, excellent. In short, I have recommended it several times and continue to do so. Per aver detto "NO" al mio cane che piangeva continuatamente mi è stato detto di non dire nulla altrimenti l'addetta si sarebbe innervosita e mi avrebbe risposto male. Per telefono mi sono state dette delle cose che poi non sono state fatte in fase di toilettatura. Non lo consiglio assolutamente! Bad customer reception, very rude. Employee not competent even with the management of animals. For saying "NO" to my dog who was crying all the time, I was told not to say anything otherwise the attendant would get nervous and answer me badly. I was told things over the phone that were not done during the toilet. I absolutely do not recommend it!

In entrata mia madre stava discutendo con un proprietario che non capiva le nostre esigenze, pretendeva di lasciare il proprio cane senza il documento sanitario. La signora di cristoforo quando è venuta a visitare la pensione era molto agitata, e questo si può capire, però anche poco cortese e poco incline a capire le nostre esigenze. Ho cercato di spiegare che un Labrador di 4 anni, mai lasciato in pensione, ha bisogno di ambientarsi. Noi abbiamo la pensione da 35 anni e ci sono cani e gatti che vengono da piccoli e quindi sono abituati, riconoscono il posto e stanno tranquilli. Quest’anno abbiamo avuto un gatto che ha 20 anni e che appunto sono 20 che viene, è stato 15 giorni tranquillo. Ho consigliato quindi alla signora di lasciare il cane almeno una volta per farlo ambientare; gli ho chiesto di lasciare il proprio alimento perché il cambio di alimento, anche se di ottima qualità, può creare qualche problema, ma anche in questo ho trovato un muro! La signora non voleva affrontare una ulteriore spesa. Confido nel fatto che le persone vengano sul posto a conoscermi e ad accettare anche dei consigli, visto che sono un ‘allevatrice ed una educatrice cinofila. A Roma ci sono diversi veterinari che consigliano la nostra pensione, in quanto i loro clienti si sono trovati bene e lo riferiscono al veterinario Hello I would like to reply to the review of Mrs. cristina di cristoforo. In Rome there are several veterinarians who recommend our pension, as their customers have found themselves well and report it to the veterinarian.

Dispone di grandi gabbie per gli ospiti molte delle quali anche riscaldate. V	Veronica Brecciaroli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cagnolino in questa pensione per una decina di giorni un po' titubante, come del resto ogni padrone, e invece quando sono andata a riprenderlo l ho trovato bene e felice di vedermi. Le signore che gestiscono questa pensione sono molto gentili e comprensive e sicuramente lo riporterò se ne avrò necessità. I box sono molto grandi e i cani sono ben riparati dalle intemperie. Una cosa che mi ha stupito è stata la pulizia, il cane era perfettamente pulito quando sono tornata a riprenderlo e non puzzava come invece mi è già accaduto in altre pensioni. The ladies who run this guesthouse are very kind and understanding and I will definitely bring it back if I need it. The boxes are very large and the dogs are well sheltered from the elements. One thing that surprised me was the cleanliness, the dog was perfectly clean when I came back to pick him up and he didn't smell like it has already happened to me in other guesthouses.
