Per scambiare un voucher nonostante abbia rispettato la procedura consentita che mi è stata confermata tralaltro via telefono dalla stessa Snai si rifiutano di cambiarmelo. Oltre a non avere 170 euro in cassa per pagarmi. Ridicolo!
