Sarebbe gradito sapere, soprattutto in questo periodo, se per effettuare una visita è necessario certificato di tampone negativo o se il tampone viene effettuato sul posto. Inoltre volevo sapere se ad effettuare il tampone deve essere solo l'assistito o anche l'accompagnatore in caso di soggetto minorenne. Le visite mediche sono fatte in loco e anch'esse ben organizzate rispettando le norme covid. Un appunto è sempre la lentezza delle prenotazioni/prestazioni che si fanno al CUP. They are well organized especially at the entrance with the staff who measure the temperature, direct people, all with great speed. Medical examinations are done on site and are also well organized in compliance with covid regulations. A note is always the slowness of the reservations / services that are made at the CUP.

Primo ostacolo porta chiusa all'ingresso....attendo un po perché c'è un foglio di carta con la scritta "si prega di non bussare", attendo un po, poi non resisto più e busso. Mi apre un signore che mi fa accomodare e chiede se abbiamo il green pass. Veniamo accolti oltre le 15:10 (pensavo ci fosse un altro paziente, in realtà era solo salotto). Faccio presente che mia mamma non è autosufficiente, chiedo di poter essere presente , presentando il mio green pass, mi viene risposto che non c'è la necessità e non mi fanno entrare.....?. Avrei voluto chiedere info per mia mamma, visto la sua fragilità! Having an eye appointment for 2:30 pm. First obstacle door closed at the entrance ....
