Ho portato il PC a riparare perché non si accendeva spiegando esattamente il problema. Mi hanno sostituito il display senza che fosse necessario, mi hanno formattato il PC senza salvare i files facendomi perdere più di un anno di lavoro e alla fine mi hanno presentato 120 € di conto. E per di più la webcam che prima era funzionante adesso non funziona più. If I could I wouldn't even put that star. Staff not up to par. I took the PC to repair because it didn't turn on explaining exactly the problem. They replaced the display without it was necessary, they formatted my PC without saving the files, making me lose more than a year of work and in the end they presented me with a € 120 bill. And what's more, the webcam that used to work now no longer works.

Ho portato il mio pc per un problema al microfono e mi viene restituito senza aver risolto il problema, con il microchip audio dissaldato e con l’aggiunta di pasta termica(senza averla richiesta) per 50€. Scopro successivamente che sono state fatte 3 partite con il mio account a un gioco installato è cambiato tasti e impostazioni. Ho pagato 50€ per fare giocare il tecnico e non ho risolto nessun problema.. anzi le temperature del pc sono aumentate è il chip del microfono dissaldato. Parcheggio auto inesistente. Gentili solo a chiedere i soldi. A greengrocer would have done much better. I brought my PC for a microphone problem and it is returned to me without having solved the problem, with the unsoldered audio microchip and with the addition of thermal paste (without having requested it) for € 50. I find out later that 3 games have been made with my account to an installed game has changed keys and settings. I paid € 50 to get the technician to play and I didn't solve any problems .. on the contrary, PC temperatures have risen and the microphone chip is unsoldered. Car parking non-existent. Dear only to ask for money.
G	Giovanni AGUSTA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seppur la prima esperienza sia stata risolutiva ma non completamente positiva, molto deludente è stato il loro comportamento ad una seconda riparazione. Pad funzionante ma con slot di ricarica compromesso, dopo lunga (circa 2 mesi) e disinformata attesa, mi è stato restituito praticamente rotto, per difficoltà di approvvigionamento di un componente. Ad una verifica da parte di altro tecnico, l’Pad è stato dichiarato non-riparabile per compromissione di alcuni circuiti legati al precedente intervento. Inaspettatamente SMART PLUS non si è assunto alcuna responsabilità rifiutando ogni proposta/confronto che potesse portare ad una soluzione equilibrata dell’accaduto. Diffidate. Although the first experience was decisive but not completely positive, their behavior at a second repair was very disappointing. Pad working but with compromised charging slot, after a long (about 2 months) and uninformed wait, it was returned to me practically broken, due to difficulties in supplying a component. Upon verification by another technician, the Pad was declared non-repairable due to the compromise of some circuits related to the previous intervention. Unexpectedly SMART PLUS did not take any responsibility by rejecting any proposal / comparison that could lead to a balanced solution to the incident. Be wary.
