★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio in cui di certo non tornerò mai più. Vende ho. mobile ma rifiuta di fornire assistenza a chi non ha preso la SIM da loro (tanto non ne hanno per colpa dell'azienda). Va bene dissentire dalle politiche dei fornitori, ma è decisamente antipatico quando ci rimette un possibile cliente. Sentito il call center, sostengono che sia tenuto a dare assistenza e che sia pagato per farlo. Non entro nel merito, non mi interessa, ma di fatto io non ho ricevuto assistenza.
Store I will certainly never go back to. Sells ho. mobile but refuses to provide assistance to those who have not taken the SIM from them (they do not have any because of the company). It's okay to disagree with supplier policies, but it's downright nasty when a prospective customer loses. After hearing the call center, they argue that he is required to provide assistance and is paid for it. I don't go into the matter, I don't care, but in fact I have not received assistance.

avete una Gestione competente e preparata in un settore dove tutti pensano che non serva professionalità, ma quelli li lasciamo andare con iliad. quando ho avuto un problema me lo avete risolto subito con il sorriso ed anche a distanza, vi lascerò un caffè pagato al bar.

Piccola precisazione per le recensioni negative lette qua e là :
Ma se si compra un prodotto in un negozio e si va in un'altro a esprimere il proprio disappunto, immagino che la risposta data sia sempre "mi spiace,ma noi non possiamo aiutarla in quanto non ha comprato da noi" quindi non capisco l'accanimento nei loro confronti,visto che, fino a prova contraria,
trattasi di un negozio.
Rispetto per chi lavora,questo sconosciuto.
