Il personale è competente e riesce a gestire discretamente le richieste dei clienti. Una cosa alquanto fastidiosa è la porta automatica che si apre in continuazione al passaggio della gente in via XX ma sul versante lavorativo è stata una buona esperienza. Small shop, willing to make a lot of show but somewhat uncomfortable when you have to wait up for a long time. The staff is competent and manages to discreetly manage customer requests. A somewhat annoying thing is the automatic door that opens continuously when people pass by in via XX but on the business side it was a good experience.

Sono passata un mese fa da Vodafone a Tim e da quel giorno ho avuto addebiti sul credito residuo assolutamente ingiustificabili. Tornando al negozio per chiedere informazioni sono stata trattata con superficialità e ho ricevuto informazioni che si sono rivelate non veritiere durante una conversazione con un'operatrice del 119. Le recensioni negative sono credibili, meglio recarsi in un altro negozio ! Bad experience, incompetent girl, absolutely not recommended this shop. I went from Vodafone to Tim a month ago and since that day I have had absolutely unjustifiable charges on the remaining credit. Returning to the shop to ask for information, I was treated superficially and received information that turned out to be untrue during a conversation with a 119 operator. Negative reviews are credible, better go to another shop!

Davanti a testimoni non sarebbe stata cosi villana.Se ne e' approfittata, cosa gravissima per un servizio al pubblico. Mi sono conseguentemente irritata perché dal primo momento mi ha trattato come se fossi un'incapace dandomi, in modo supponente, lezioni sui codici per gli acquisti on line.In via Ceccardi ho risolto con una persona educata e preparata. Bad experience. I was mistreated by a young girl who also called me rude. There were no customers but only the colleague (who walked away). In front of witnesses she would not have been so rude. She took advantage of it, which is very serious for a service to the public. I was consequently irritated because from the first moment she treated me as if I were incapable, giving me, in an opinionated way, lessons on the codes for online purchases. In via Ceccardi I solved with a polite and prepared person.

I went there for a landline internet connection without owning an Italian mobile phone - therefore the technician would not be able to call me to arrange an appointment or discuss any questions that might arise during installation. Emanuela stepped up to help me several times and finally made the unthinkable happen - I received my internet connection in almost no time. Thank you so much Emanuela for your fantastic support and every extra mile you personally went to make a customer happy! Much appreciated and so little expected!
