Nel periodo di lavorazione e ricerca del guasto mi è stato dato anche un telefonino di cortesia. Dopo poche ore, poiché i danni erano gravi e la riparazione avrebbe comportato una spesa eccessiva, mi hanno consigliato e guidato all'acquisto di un iPhone ricondizionato; a cui è seguita un'assistenza gratuita per il recupero dei dati e l'aggiornamento. Esperienza ottima. Mi recherò senz'altro da loro per qualunque questione relativa al mio iPhone.
 I went to iPhoneExpert for the first time for a problem with my old iPhone 5s; I found, in addition to an unusual kindness, a high level of professionalism. During the processing and troubleshooting period I was also given a courtesy mobile phone. After a few hours, since the damage was serious and the repair would have entailed an excessive expense, they advised me and guided me to buy a refurbished iPhone; which was followed by free assistance for data recovery and updating. Great experience. I will definitely go to them with any questions related to my iPhone.

Mi reco da questo centro assistenza consigliato dalle recensioni positive per un problema al mio account idApple (bloccato ormai da diverse settimane) .
Una volta arrivata, spiego il problema e vengo subito bloccata sentendomi rispondere:
“Eh guarda..non posso farci nulla. Purtroppo la Apple ogni tanto fa così, quindi puoi anche buttarlo ...Oppure te lo tieni così!” (iphone XR)
Con calma a casa, il mio fidanzato, mi segue passo passo chiamando il servizio clienti Apple, che, con calma, pazienza e comunicazione, mi dicono semplicemente che il mio account idApple è ancora collegato con il mio vecchio iphone che usa mia sorella.
Certo, abbiamo dovuto fare 500 passaggi, ma tutto si è risolto con estrema facilità senza dover buttare via proprio niente!
Sicuramente non c’è stata la voglia di svolgere l’operazione dal ragazzo presente in quel momento.
Non ci torneremo sicuramente!

Calmly at home, my boyfriend follows me step by step calling Apple customer service, who, calmly, patiently and communicating, simply tell me that my idApple account is still connected with my old iphone that my sister uses.
Sure, we had to do 500 passes, but everything was solved very easily without having to throw anything away!
There was certainly no desire to perform the operation from the boy present at that time.
We will definitely not go back!

Ho avuto un problema con l’autoparlante del mio IPhone 11 Pro Max. L’hanno preso in carico per vedere quale era il problema e poi una volta risolto hanno fatto delle prove, siccome l’intervento è durato per due giorni mi hanno dato un telefono sempre iPhone con la stessa memoria del mio ed oggi 17 febbraio mi è stato restituito.
Ringrazio Enrico e Oleg e posso dire che sono gentilissimi, professionali e competenti.
Ragazzi per qualsiasi problema vi consiglio di andare da loro rimarrete soddisfatti.

I had a problem with the speaker of my IPhone 11 Pro Max. They took it in charge to see what the problem was and then once solved they did some tests, as the intervention lasted for two days they gave me a I always phone an iPhone with the same memory as mine and today February 17th it was returned to me.
