Non ho dovuto fare code e non ho fatto attese infinite, con gli orari sono stati molto puntuali e dopo l'accettazione mi hanno fatto subito accomodare in ambulatorio. Il personale della Clinica è molto competente, professionale e cordiale, sia all'accettazione, sia le infermiere che i dottori. (cosa che non sempre si trova in altre Cliniche) Tornerò senz'altro!!!!!!!!!!! Personally I am very satisfied !!!!!!! In one afternoon they set me two appointments for two different visits. Check-in e pagamento rapidi, attesa di 15 minuti rispetto all'orario previsto per l'arrivo del dottore. Visita urologica con il dott. Malinverno soddisfacente, dottore esperto la cui terapia prescritta ha risolto il mio problema. Spesa coerente per una visita privata con un bravo medico specialista. Consiglio la struttura. Al momento del ritiro del PAP test la ginecologa non c'era ha lasciato in busta chiusa i risultati e non ho nemmeno avuto modo di capire le eventuali problematiche. Inoltre la ragazza dell'accettazione con molta non chalance davanti agli altri pazienti mi ha detto che c'erano degli esami specifici da fare che la dottoressa aveva prescritto e bla bla bla. (la privacy?!) considerando che la ginecologa richiedeva altri controlli, poteva almeno spiegarmi cosa non le risultava dal PAP test visto che mi ha fatta preoccupare per giorni fino a che non sono andata dal mio dottore. Facendole notare questa cosa ho ricevuto maleducazione, poca padronanza nell’italiano e molta distrazione dall’inizio alla fine. In un posto così curato, disponibile e ben fornito stona trovare persone senza voglia di lavorare. Prezzo più che accettabile, scelta delle varie specialità a disposizione molto ampia! Accompagnando una persona non autosufficiente per fare una visita che fa costantemente ogni quattro mesi più o meno, mi viene richiesto di pagare prima un importo che paghiamo sempre uguale, essendo sempre la stessa visita. Finita la prestazione medica vengo invitata a pagare un altra fattura "integrativa" perché hanno cambiato il regolamento della strutta. Quando rispondo che le condizioni erano altre e che da accordi alla prenotazione con tanto di importo segnato a mano dalla signorina sulla prenotazione era diverso mi viene risposto in modo maleducato e malomodo che siamo noi ad aver sbagliato i tempi e che la struttura non tiene più le stesse tariffe. Non penso frequenterò più la clinica. Ci vuole onesta, se venivo avvertita all'arrivo della variazione delle tariffe è un conto ma nn mi si può dare la colpa di una tempistica che abbiamo sempre seguito e che in oltre rientra nei sei mesi di tempo che erano nell'accordo per quella tariffa. Personale scortese e maleducato al box office. La persona che accompagnavo è rimasta malissimo, mai successo veramente.
