Ho rinunciato, peggio del servizio di assistenza medica nazionale. Shameful telephone service, "you are the first call in the queue" the record lasted for 40 minutes. I gave up, worse than the NHS.

Sconsiglio vivamente recarsi in un posto vergognosamente dedito al profitto.medici non posso dire iglio nulla in quanto forse anche luminari ma operativi in un supermercato. Peccato!!! I strongly advise against going to a place shamefully dedicated to profit. Doctors cannot say anything as they are perhaps also luminaries but operating in a * supermarket *. Pity!!!

Arrivata alle 7.50, avviso l’accoglienza di essere in dolce attesa e mi viene detto di aspettare. Mi fanno entrare urlando: “prego la signora gravida!!!” e mi danno il numerino con la precedenza ma aspetto comunque altri 30 minuti per l’accettazione, aspetto ancora perché non va il bancomat. Dunque devo chiamare il mio compagno per poter pagare, nonostante fosse un loro problema di linea. Finalmente mi dirigo verso la sala prelievi, 8.50 fatto il prelievo con una signora con i capelli corti biondi, pessima!!! Risultato: vena rotta con tanto di braccio gonfio e dolente, mai fatto un prelievo così schifoso! Aggiungo che difficilmente mi escono lividi! A mai più Bad experience !!! Dopo 40 minuti di attesa è caduta la linea.. la prossima volta andrò altrove... Il mio tempo vale come il loro e non mi piace essere presa in giro! M	Micio Cry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita fisiatrica ad Ottobre per un problema al gomito e sono stata messa in lista d'attesa per fare delle terapie al laser convenzionate con la ASL senza che nessuna impiegata sapesse dirmi quanto avrei dovuto aspettare .Finalmente dopo 4 mesi mi decido a telefonare per sapere quanto mancava ad iniziare le terapie e mi sento dire che le farò ad Ottobre !!!! Ma se mi avessero detto subito che ci sarebbe voluto un anno sarei andata altrove invece di aspettare e ridurmi ad avere dolore anche all'altro gomito !!!!!! I had a physiatric visit in October for an elbow problem and I was put on a waiting list to have laser therapies agreed with the ASL without any employee being able to tell me how long I would have to wait. Finally after 4 months I decide to call to find out how long it was to start the therapies and I am told that I will do them in October !!!! But if they had told me immediately that it would take a year I would have gone elsewhere instead of waiting and reducing myself to having pain in the other elbow too !!!!!!

Con mio figlio minore il dottore è stato carinissimo lo ha messo molto a suo agio. X mio figlio più grande sia la ragazza della segreteria sia il dottore sono stati super disponibili per farci avere il certificato return to play dopo una visita di accertamento fatta di venerdì sera esterna al centro ma che serviva per concludere la pratica. Grazie !!! I went with my children for a post covid sports visit super helpful, very nice and professional doctor. With my youngest son the doctor was very nice and put him very at ease. For my eldest son, both the girl from the secretariat and the doctor were super available to get us the return to play certificate after a verification visit made on Friday evening outside the center but which was needed to conclude the practice. Thank you !!!
