★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gab im Geschäft eine Sprachbarriere weil weder der Chef noch die Mitarbeiterin englisch können. Irgendwie sind wir uns dank Google Übersetzer noch einig geworden und konnten einen Fiat 500 Hybrid mieten. Für die Leihgebühr habe ich eine Quittung für die Kreditkartenbuchung ausgestellt bekommen. Die Kaution habe ich extra gezahlt und mich noch gewundert, wieso ich dafür keine Quittung bekommen habe. Weil die Kommunikation sehr mühselig war, habe ich es einfach dabei belassen weil ich ja im Onlinebanking nachvollziehen kann, dass ich zusätzlich 500 € bezahlt habe. Man versicherte mir, dass die Kaution nach 4-6 Wochen erstattet wird. Nach der Mietzeit wurde das Fahrzeug im vereinbarten Zustand abgegeben (gewaschen, ausgesaugt und Tank halbvoll, so wie am Anfang übernommen).
Nach etwas über 6 Wochen habe ich mal nachgefragt wie es aktuell um die Erstattung steht, hier teilte man mir mit, dass der Chef noch ca. drei Wochen im Urlaub ist und man sich sodann umgehend darum kümmert. Also habe ich nach nochmal 4 Wochen wieder angefragt weil noch keine Erstattung erfolgte – dieses Mal habe ich überhaupt keine Antwort erhalten. Nach nochmal zwei Wochen Wartezeit habe ich wieder zweimal angefragt – beide Male habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Nun muss ich mein Geld über die Rechtschutzversicherung irgendwie wieder zurückholen. Na toll.
Diese Autovermietung empfehle ich nicht für Touristen aus dem Ausland. Ich fühle mich betrogen und abgezockt. Und da eine Kommunikation auf Englisch absolut nicht möglich ist, gestaltet sich der ganze Prozess grundsätzlich sehr schwierig.

Nachtrag am 21.01.2022 // Der Betreiber schreibt in seiner Antwort auf meine Bewertung, er hätte mir das Geld erstattet, was nicht wahr ist. Erneut gibt es wochenlang keine Antworten auf meine Mails. Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.
There was a language barrier in the shop because neither the boss nor the employee could speak English. Somehow, thanks to Google translator, we came to an agreement and were able to rent a Fiat 500 Hybrid. I received a receipt for the credit card booking for the rental fee. I paid the deposit extra and was still wondering why I didn't get a receipt for it. Because the communication was very difficult, I just left it at that because I can see in online banking that I paid an additional €500. I was assured that the deposit would be refunded after 4-6 weeks. After the rental period, the vehicle was returned in the agreed condition (washed, vacuumed and the tank half full, just as it was taken over at the beginning).
After a little over 6 weeks I asked how the reimbursement was currently going. I was told that the boss was still on vacation for about three weeks and that they would then take care of it immediately. So I asked again after another 4 weeks because there was still no refund - this time I didn't get any answer at all. After another two weeks of waiting, I asked twice again - both times I have not received an answer so far. Now I have to somehow get my money back through legal expenses insurance. Great.
I do not recommend this car rental company for tourists from abroad. I feel cheated and ripped off. And since communication in English is absolutely impossible, the whole process is fundamentally very difficult.

Addendum on 01/21/2022 // The operator writes in his answer to my review that he would have refunded me the money, which is not true. Again there have been no replies to my emails for weeks. This is a bottomless cheek.

They are crooks,if you forget about deposit they will never refund you and if you remind them it will take months. Never dealt with the worst company than this. BEWARE !!!!
You still have not paid us our deposit back!
