Esperienza... inesistente! Dopo averli contattati la prima volta, abbiamo continuato a rincorrerli per diverse settimane per sapere se la prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine. Il giorno prima della data prestabilita, ci inoltrano il luogo del ritiro che non coincide con quello segnalato sul sito (Montepulciano) ma a mezz'ora di macchina. Peccato...

Highlight of the trip, a great bonding experience and Cristian was incredibly helpful to make the most of our adventure!

Christian helped me and Laura with the best trip in Tuscany on a vespa ! Very friendly guy who is real passionate about his job and delivers first class service! Grazie mille !

An amazinh experience. It has been my life's dream to drive an original fiat 500 cinquecento in Tuscany and Christian was an amazing person to deal with!! Highly recommend this to anyone seeking that authentic italian experience

It was very easy to Rent a nice Vespa Scooter there. One of the owners Christian, a very nice and helpful guy, Picked us in chiusi scalo and Drive us to the "Scooter Place", gave us a very nice Route and the Trip Started. We Loved it!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience for us. Beware of getting stuck if the car breaks down with no assistance and not getting your money back. We booked the vintage Alfa Spider for two days to celebrate my partner's birthday and to cruise around the beautiful Tuscan hills around Montepulciano. Booking the car was a bit of a slow process in comparison to other companies in the region, but all went fairly smoothly. The car was delivered on time as well. However, after using it for 20 mins and parking it, we were unable to start the engine and had to call Slow Hills for help. They picked up straight away and assured us they were coming to help. This was the last time we had them on the phone. After sitting int the car for over an hour and trying to contact them again to find out when they were coming with no luck, we decided to walk to their registered office to return the keys, only to find out that office does not exist. We were left with no way of getting back to our hotel so had to call a taxi as we had no idea when any help would arrive. We heard from them around 3 hrs later when back in our hotel by a message to let us know they called assistance... and that we can have the car back in the evening for the second day. At that point we lost all our trust in Slow Hills and certainly didn't want this to happen somewhere in Tuscan hills where there is no phone signal.... so we said we no longer wanted to hire the car and requested a refund which we were told we would get. Days later, after chasing them, we received an email explaining to us how they will refund us less than half of what we paid upfront because WE cancelled the second day and used the car on the first day! After many back and forths we managed to get them to refund 80% of our money, the taxi fee that they said they would cover, never arrived as part of the refund. In the end we paid a significant amount of money for using a vintage car for 20 mins, being stuck with no help for over an hour, having to call ourselves a taxi, having to change our plans completely and having to chase and negotiate our refund numerous times. Never again.

We recently booked a spectacular day tour with Cristian for 22 people in vintage Fiat 500’s. It was the highlight of the trip! Cristian organised cars for everyone, was clear with directions as to how to drive them and then was our guide for the day. He organised a fantastic lunch stop for us in a beautiful village in the Val D’Orcia and then at the end of the day we had an excellent wine tasting at a local winery. Communication was great throughout the booking process, we had one car breakdown but the tow truck was with us within a few minutes and 20 minutes later we were upgraded to the Spider and back on the road! Highly, highly recommend!!
