su mille noleggi uno si può decidere di non noleggiarlo ...la scelta del cliente è anche dai discorsi che fa per telefono...dalle volte si deve scegliere di non noleggiare....e uno è libero di scrivere ciò che vuole l'importante che corrisponda alla verità non per rabbia.

Ho prenotato un furgone per trasportare delle merci.
All'arrivo una brutta sorpresa: il furgone aveva quasi 300.000 Km ed era semidistrutto. Il prezzo del noleggio? come se fosse immacolato! dovrebbe solo vergognarsi!!

I booked a van to transport the goods.
