★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza....diffidate dalle truffe.Ho contattato i tecnici per una riparazione, preventivo 200 euro.Dopo diversi giorni di attesa per la sostituzione di alcuni pezzi ,la cinghia e un altro pezzo,mi viene riconsegnato l'elettrodomestico che dopo neanche 15 giorni si blocca del tutto. Richiamati per avere nuova assistenza e dopo aver esposto la problematica mi hanno liquidata dicendo che avrebbero fissato un nuovo appuntamento. SPARITI.Contattato un altro tecnico di fiducia che apre l'elettrodomestico e mi dice che va sostituita la cinghia.Sono da denuncia!!!!
Bad experience .... beware of scams.I contacted the technicians for a repair, estimate 200 euros.After several days of waiting for the replacement of some pieces, the belt and another piece, the appliance is returned to me which after not even 15 days freezes altogether. Called back for new assistance and after having exposed the problem they liquidated me saying that they would make a new appointment. GONE.Contacted another trusted technician who opens the appliance and tells me that the belt must be replaced.
