Il giorno prima di entrare nel loro negozio mi ero recata presso un grande store per acquistare un cellulare, dopo aver speso 400€ ho chiesto gentilmente il passaggio dei miei dati sulla mia memoria esterna , risposta : Si , certo sono 29.90€ ???
No grazie , va bene così.
Sono andata da skinet per chiedere la stessa cosa e quando ho chiesto il costo mi è stato detto che è un servizio che non fanno pagare, il tutto con un sorriso da quando sono entrata a quando sono uscita.

Dovevo cambiare il display del mio telefono e non potevo scegliere posto migliore. Prezzo onesto, professionalità e velocità. Dopo che sono arrivati i pezzi in due ore il telefono era come nuovo, con un vetro protettivo in omaggio e un mese di garanzia sul lavoro effettuato.
Attenzione a non confondersi con un'altro negozio in zona che è tutto l'opposto!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità del lavoro molto alta come al solito, dovevo sostituire il display del mio iPhone 8 e lo hanno sostituito in un’ora e ad un prezzo onesto. Inoltre mi hanno applicato un vetro protettivo senza ulteriori costi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno eseguito una riparazione sul mio cellulare nell’arco della giornata, personale gentilissimo è preparatissimo, ma soprattutto chiari fin dall’inizio, prezzo più che onesto. La stessa riparazione sarebbe costata 3 volte tanto da un negozio poco più avanti ( che sconsiglio vivamente in quanto vuole arraffare quanto più possibile...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno cambiato schermo dal telefono sono stati gentili e tutto. Pero dopo due settimane lo schermo ha cominciato a spacarsi a pezzi dai lati, portato da loro mi hanno detto che e caduto, ma non e cosi. E non copre la garanzia questo.

Mi accoglie una ragazza la quale fatica a riconoscere il modello nonostante le dica Xiaomi Mi9. Le indico il numero modello ben visibile indicato sul retro. Mi comunica il cambio del display al prezzo di 155euro. Accantonando l'idea in quanto non conveniente chiedo un aiuto per recuperare tutti i dati, foto video dalla memoria. Lei non sapeva nulla, va a consultarsi 30 secondi dietro il negozio, torna e mi dice senza spiegazioni che non si può fare nulla. POSSIBILE? inutile dire che non tornerò mai più. Servizio, professionalità, competenze zero! sembrava la prima volta ad aver visto un telefono rotto
