Qualche anno fa, ho avuto la malaugurata idea di farmi aggiornare un pc desktop da loro perché, per motivi di tempo, non potevo occuparmene (purtroppo non li conoscevo e mi sono ingenuamente fidato). Oltre a sostituirmi anche l'hard-disk senza darmi quello vecchio indietro, dicendomi che era andato in crash (non ci ho mai creduto) e facendomi pagare il lavoro molto più di quanto mi aspettassi, mi hanno installato una scheda video di poco valore (facendomela ovviamente pagare di più del suo effettivo valore) nonostante le mie precise raccomandazioni. Alla mia successiva richiesta di sostituzione scheda, hanno prima preso tempo telefonicamente per giorni, facendo finta di essere disponibili; poi quando sono andato direttamente in negozio hanno reagito in modo violento e maleducato (madre e i due figli), alzando la voce e dicendomi di andare via perché non ero gradito e che non l'avrebbero sostituta. Diffidate assolutamente da queste persone. Affidatevi a gente di certa competenza (non è per nulla il loro caso), serietà ed onestà oppure se avete un minimo di conoscenza sull'assemblaggio molto meglio ordinare i componenti hardware da internet ed assemblare tutto da soli. In addition to replacing my hard drive without giving me the old one back, telling me it had crashed (I never believed it) and making me pay for the work much more than I expected, they installed a cheap video card ( obviously making me pay more than its actual value) despite my precise recommendations. At my next request for a card replacement, they first took time by phone for days, pretending to be available; then when I went directly to the store they reacted in a violent and rude way (mother and her two children), raising their voices and telling me to leave because I was not liked and that they would not replace her. Be wary of these people absolutely. Rely on people of a certain competence (it is not their case at all), seriousness and honesty or if you have a minimum of knowledge on assembly much better to order the hardware components from the internet and assemble everything by yourself.
