Mi hanno fissato 2 appuntamenti e non sono mai venuti; quando li ho chiamati ( dopo 3 ore che aspettavo) mi hanno risposto che avevano fatto tardi e non sarebbero venuti. Chiamati un’altra volta per rifusare l’appuntamento e altra perdita di tempo. Poco seri, davvero poco seri. Ps: segnalerò anche a Sky il disservizio. They had to come and mount the Sky satellite dish ... never seen. They set me two appointments and never came; when I called them (after 3 hours of waiting) they replied that they were late and would not come. Called another time to refill the appointment and another waste of time. Not very serious, really not very serious. Ps: I will also report the disservice to Sky.

L'ignoranza e la cafonaggine regnano sovrane,oltre a prezzi quasi raddoppiati rispetto ad altri esercizi simili. I don't understand how such people work. Irritating staff, they start serving you and leave you halfway to follow other customers. All'interno personale preparato e gentile , con molto articoli di elettrodomestica e connessione internet. Personale preparato e conciso , personalmente ho cambiato un decoder Sky in 15 minuti , facendomi spiegare tutto. Se si potessero fare più di 5 stelle le darei , bravi ! Easy to find place, ample parking, separate entrance and exit from the shop as per covid regulations. Inside, trained and kind staff, with lots of household appliances and internet connection. Prepared and concise staff, I personally changed a Sky decoder in 15 minutes, making me explain everything. If they could do more than 5 stars I would give them, good!
