g	giuseppe lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stato letteralmente snobbato da altro centro assistenza Sky (per cui ho fatto recensione ovviamente negativa), mi sono recato presso Sky Service Apulia all'interno della Fiera DEL levante. Per prima cosa nessun problema di parcheggio anche perché dislocato all'interno della Fiera. Una volta all'interno del centro, sono stato accolto con la massima gentilezza e professionalità. Spiegato il problema che avevo al mio decoder, da subito, senza neanche chiederlo, mi hanno sostituito il telecomando con uno di ultima generazione. Hanno effettuato tutti i controlli possibili in mia presenza e, pur non avendo riscontrato alcun problema, mi hanno consigliato di sostituire il cavo HDMI che collega il decoder al mio televisore, cavo che per altro mi hanno fornito loro stessi senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Una volta a casa ho potuto accertare che effettivamente il problema di immagini a strisce era dovuto proprio al mal funzionamento del cavo HDMI. Se mai dovessi avere necessità di assistenza Sky, sicuramente mi affiderò a questo centro! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! After being literally snubbed by another Sky service center (for which I obviously made a negative review), I went to Sky Service Apulia within the Fiera DEL Levante. First of all, there is no parking problem, also because it is located inside the Fair. Once inside the center, I was greeted with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Having explained the problem I had with my decoder, immediately, without even asking, they replaced the remote control with one of the latest generation. They carried out all possible checks in my presence and, despite not having encountered any problems, they advised me to replace the HDMI cable that connects the decoder to my TV, a cable that they provided me themselves at no additional cost. Once at home I was able to ascertain that the problem of streaked images was actually due to the malfunctioning of the HDMI cable. If I ever need Sky assistance, I will definitely rely on this center! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Il call center invece è davvero pietoso, si sono persi i dati, non aggiornavano gli archivi anagrafici e mi hanno fatto spendere soldi inutilmente indirizzandomi tra l'altro anche alle loro numerazioni a pagamento. Very positive experience, they solved a problem that had been going on for more than 2 months in 10 minutes. The call center, on the other hand, is really pitiful, the data were lost, they did not update the personal data files and they made me spend money unnecessarily by addressing me, among other things, to their paid numbers.
