Nel weekend è possibile fruire di ottima musica live con programmazione sia invernale che estiva con un ampio atrio all’aperto dotato di ottima acustica! Consiglio questo Birrificio a tutti! Very welcoming place where you can enjoy excellent beer with multiple flavors! Competent staff, always friendly and respectful of customers. Ci siamo tornati anche per una delle serate che hanno organizzato d'estate, con musica dal vivo e ottimo cibo. Simpaticissimi i proprietari, Mimmo e Paola! Assolutamente da non perdere se siete a Bari o dintorni. Wonderful experience, being able to drink and taste excellent zero km beers, has satisfied me a lot. We also went back for one of the evenings they organized in the summer, with live music and great food. Very nice owners, Mimmo and Paola! Absolutely not to be missed if you are in Bari or its surroundings.

Ne ho acquistata una, Strafika, con fioroni di Polignano a Mare. Deliziosa I bought an artisanal beer panettone, phenomenal. It has a good variety of beers, always craft, all produced on site. Prezzi leggermente alti, rispetto alla media di altri pub simili, carina l'idea delle cover band da ascoltare i venerdì e i sabato. The Brewery is located inside the Fiera del Levante in Bari, the environment certainly does not stand out for the decor and is a bit "cold" but the staff is polite, friendly and professional and the food is good despite the menu not being be vast. Slightly high prices, compared to the average of other similar pubs, the idea of cover bands to listen to on Fridays and Saturdays is nice.

L’ambiente è accogliente, il personale molto gentile e simpatico. Organizzano spesso serate con musica dal vivo invitando band molto brave che suonano i più diversi generi. Parlando del cibo, posso dire di aver provato degli ottimi hamburger; meno buona la pinsa (troppo secca), antipasti originali. E arriviamo alle birre: devo confessare di aver avuto grosse aspettative in merito, che tuttavia sono state in parte deluse. Mi limito ad esprimere un giudizio solo sulle birre che ho provato: “Cotta di te”: buona golden ale equilibrata e ben luppolata, voto 8; “Strafika”: l’ho molto apprezzata per il carattere deciso: voto 7,5; “Nicolaiana”: lager classica senza carattere e identità, decisa delusione: voto 4,5. Lungi da me fare una critica fine a se stessa, devo dire in generale che il locale merita sicuramente, il lavoro straordinario della titolare è da apprezzare moltissimo. Soltanto sulla qualità delle birre si potrebbe fare un pochino di più. Unique place of its kind in Bari. Non siamo di fronte alla solita "spumeggiante" che, fredda, ti disseta durante le assolate giornate agostane, questa è una poesia che ti inebria "tintillandoti" le papille in un fantasmagorico carosello di sensazioni che difficilmente sino ad ora ne conoscevi l'esistenza. Tutto ciò posso affermarlo perché provato in prima persona, sono romano ma ogni volta che mi reco nella stupenda Bari non posso esimermi di fare una, doverosa, visita al Birrificio, dove tra una "bionda" e una "scura non posso fare a meno di approfittare del loro gustoso desinare, si perché al Birrificio Bari non si beve solamente, si mangia si ascolta della buona musica e, perché no se si vuole si balla anche. Per cui amici baresi, vi consiglio spassionatamente di fargli una visitina.
