★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al punto assistenza Sky a seguito di un contatto con il call center per un problema di ricezione canali digitali. Diversamente da quanto dettomi dall'operatrice il mio decoder non era abilitato alla ricezione di canali digitali se non aggiungendo una chiavetta esterna. Mi era stato detto che era già presente...l operatore del negozio mi ha chiarito la problematica, mi ha confermato che anche con la chiavetta non avrei risolto il problema, e mi ha dato indicazioni sull orientamento dell'antenna digitale. Tutto con estrema cortesia e gratis!
Tornato a casa ho seguito le sue indicazioni e tutto funziona. Ha acquisito un cliente devoto anche per gli altri servizi che propone.
I went to the Sky assistance point following a contact with the call center for a problem with receiving digital channels. Unlike what the operator told me, my decoder was not enabled to receive digital channels except by adding an external key. I was told that he was already present ... the shop operator clarified the problem, confirmed that even with the key I would not have solved the problem, and gave me indications on the orientation of the digital antenna. All with extreme courtesy and for free!
Back home I followed his instructions and everything works. It has also acquired a devoted client for the other services it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, finalmente dopo la visita del vs. tecnico / antennista Maurizio ho risolto tutti i problemi con la parabola e impianto SKY . Vedo finalmente tutti i canali e su tutte le frequenze ho il segnale ( per la prima volta ! ) a 8 !!
Volevo ringraziarVi per la pazienza e l’ ottimo servizio offerto.
UN 10 E LODE al bravissimo ( e simpatico ) antennista !!!

Good evening, finally after the visit of Vs. technician / antenna Maurizio I solved all the problems with the satellite dish and SKY system. I finally see all the channels and on all frequencies I have the signal (for the first time!) At 8 !!
I wanted to thank you for your patience and the excellent service offered.
A 10 out of 10 to the very good (and nice) antenna player !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna ha un contratto con Sky da tempo immemorabile ed , a Trieste, ci siamo spesso dovuti appoggiare a questo Service......se c'è il signor Enrico non ci sono problemi....ma con gli altri bisogna armarsi di molta pazienza ed accettare una notevole mancanza di "attenzione" nei confronti della clientela.
My partner has a contract with Sky since time immemorial and, in Trieste, we have often had to rely on this Service ... arm yourself with a lot of patience and accept a notable lack of "attention" towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo di giugno 2021 solo in questo mese Linkem non funzionava piu di 25 %. Ho chiamato il numero servizio nessuno risponde. Il negozio Sky un representante di Linkem nemmeno loro interessa un cliente uno di tante...... A questo modo posso dare solo una stella. Questa stella si deve darlo perche senza stella non si riesce publicarlo
I speak of June 2021 only in this month Linkem did not work more than 25%. I called the service number no one answers. The Sky shop is a Linkem representative not even they are interested in a customer one of many ...... In this way I can only give one star.
