Ho noleggiato per 6 gg 2 completi bambino e uno sci top per me, oltre l'armadietto per il deposito. Ad inizio noleggio mi hanno chiesto solo l'acconto. Avevo un buono sconto del 10% dell'hotel e ho chiesto il dettaglio del totale dovuto. L'ho chiesto più volte per iscritto ma non l'ho avuto. Mi hanno specificato a voce il saldo ed ho insistito per avere il dettaglio. Dopo 3 richieste mi hanno specificato a voce i prezzi scontati. Al momento di pagare il saldo a fine noleggio il prezzo era più alto di 40€. Nonostante le mie accese rimostranze, mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che il prezzo da me riferito era per 5 gg di noleggio. Ovviamente non era vero. Hanno anche "spiegato" che lo sconto del 10% non era applicabile all'acconto perché per 20 anni hanno sempre fatto cosi. Insomma, la poca trasparenza all'inizio è chiaramente voluta. Non fidatevi. Da evitare assolutamente. Provided and fast service, right in front of the slopes. Too bad they are dishonest. I rented for 6 days 2 baby outfits and a top ski for me, in addition to the locker for the deposit. At the beginning of the rental they only asked me for the down payment. I had a 10% discount voucher for the hotel and asked for details of the total amount due. I asked several times in writing but I did not have it. They told me the balance and I insisted on having the details. After 3 requests I have specified the discounted prices. At the time of paying the balance at the end of the rental the price was higher than 40 €. Despite my heated grievances, they dismissed me saying that the price I referred to was for 5 days of rental. Obviously it was not true. They also "explained" that the 10% discount was not applicable to the deposit because for 20 years they have always done so. In short, the lack of transparency at the beginning is clearly desired. Do not trust. To be avoided absolutely.

Das ausleihen von eine Schlitten kostet 5.- Euro den halben Tag oder 9 Euro den ganzen und dazu gibt es für ein Kleinkind den Helm gratis dazu. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Feb2020 unverändert ganz zu empfehlen ? Jan. 2019 Top rental, with great price ratio. In addition nice advice and closets to change. The rental of a sled costs 5.- € half a day or 9 € the whole and for a toddler there is a helmet for free. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Feb2020 still highly recommended ?

Il servizio è molto rapido ed il personale molto competente e sempre pronto a soddisfare le differenti esigenze del cliente. Gentilezza top. Gli armadietti del deposito sono spaziosi e riscaldati e possono essere prenotati in anticipo. Il materiale (sci e scarponi) è di buona qualità ed i prezzi onesti. Fortemente consigliato ! The rental is conveniently located next to the ski slopes of Baranci. The rental premises are very modern and clean. The service is very fast and the staff very competent and always ready to satisfy the different needs of the customer. Top kindness. The storage lockers are spacious and heated and can be reserved in advance. The material (skis and boots) is of good quality and fair prices. Strongly recommended!
