Beautiful Residence situated right opposite the ski slopes. The front window shows the whole Montano area. Friendly and welcoming staff !!!

Consigliatissimo. The apartment (2persone) is cozy and clean. The view of Mount Haunold is fantastic and today we had the first snow of the season! Highly recommended.
D	Daniele Plebani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente il residence Arnika é un ottimo posto per soggiornare, purtroppo ho fatto una richiesta più volte sollecitata anche telefonicamente, ma dopo più di una settimana non è stata data alcuna risposta nonostante la proprietaria mi aveva assicurato che l'appartamento era libero. Non ho ben compreso se la signora sia in difficoltà con la tecnologia, oppure se non ami molto gli italiani, ma non è ammissibile, che nel 2016 ci voglia più di una settimana solo per riuscire avere la certezza di una prenotazione.Sono tempi incomprensibili, almeno che non ci siano altre motivazioni. Probably the Arnika residence is a great place to stay, unfortunately I made a request several times also requested by telephone, but after more than a week no response was given despite the owner assured me that the apartment was free. I have not well understood if the lady is in trouble with the technology, or if you do not love Italians very much, but it is not admissible, that in 2016 it will take more than a week just to be able to have the certainty of a booking. at least that there are no other reasons.

Appartamento pulito e completo di elettrodomestici e stoviglie che in altri residence non ho visto. La signora, penso sia la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima, è venuta a prenderci alla stazione e si è offerta di riaccompagnarci anche alla partenza. Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione, io ho ricevuto la risposta il giorno dopo la mia richiesta. Sicuramente ci tornerò. I have just returned from vacationing in this residence and as far as I am concerned I found myself very well. Clean and complete apartment with appliances and dishes that I have not seen in other residences. The lady, I think she is the owner, was very kind, she came to pick us up at the station and offered to take us back even at the start. Regarding the booking, I received the reply the day after my request. I will definitely come back again.

Quello che doveva essere un appartamentino si è rivelato una piccola camera con un bagno mancante degli accessori essenziali (bacinella facente uso del bidet). Il peggio è stato che al secondo giorno di vacanza, abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla vacanza stessa perché per un corto circuito, non ben definito da che elettrodomestico possa essere partito, siamo rimasti al buio e senza speranza di ripristino. Gorgeous place! The service of the Arnika residence left a lot to be desired. What was supposed to be an apartment turned out to be a small room with a bathroom lacking essential accessories (basin making use of the bidet). The worst was that on the second day of vacation, we had to give up the holiday itself because due to a short circuit, not well defined by which appliance it could have started, we were left in the dark and without hope of recovery.
