★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima struttura,avevamo la suite molto graziosa e spaziosa con uno splendido bagno al piano inferiore,panorama da lasciare senza fiato...il personale gentilissimo soprattutto la signora della reception non ricordo il suo nome comunque bionda,sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza,abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di ottobre un mese meraviglioso perché non affollato e con giornate di sole pazzesche,un ringraziamento particolare alla struttura che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,grazie da Silvia e Massimo torneremo presto a trovarvi.
Beautiful structure, we had a very nice and spacious suite with a splendid bathroom on the lower floor, breathtaking views ... the very kind staff especially the reception lady I don't remember her name, however blonde, always available for every need, we stayed in the month of October a wonderful month because it is not crowded and with crazy sunny days, a special thanks to the structure that made us feel at home, thanks to Silvia and Massimo we will return soon to find you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto attrezzato con lavanderia gratuita, sistemi elettronici all'avanguardia, arredamento degli appartamenti confortevole, personale disponibile e possibilità di acquistare qualsiasi cosa al supermercato appena al piano terra dello stesso edificio.
Very equipped place with free laundry, state-of-the-art electronic systems, comfortable apartment furnishings, helpful staff and the possibility to buy anything from the supermarket just on the ground floor of the same building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato qui per due settimane insieme alla mia famiglia, l’appartamento era grande, un po’ rumoroso dato che affacciava sulla piazza, ma comunque molto comodo, è in centro, il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, ti regalano una busta riciclabile quando arrivi, e anche il cioccolatino sul letto, il costo è nella media considerando San Candido, comunque esperienza del tutto positiva!
I stayed here for two weeks with my family, the apartment was large, a little noisy as it overlooked the square, but still very comfortable, it is in the center, the staff is really nice and helpful, they give you a recyclable bag when you arrive, and even the chocolate on the bed, the cost is average considering San Candido, however a completely positive experience!

Il Residence, oltre che essere in una posizione ottimale, è meraviglioso.
Sotto c'è un supermercato, un negozio per Souvenir ed un'Enoteca.
Difficile trovare difetti.
Camere e stanze spaziose, ben arredate, con pulizia impeccabile.
Dotato dei comfort giusti.
Professionalità e disponibilità del personale ineguagliabile.
The judgment would seem excessive but it is impossible to give less.
The Residence, in addition to being in an optimal position, is wonderful.
Below there is a supermarket, a souvenir shop and a wine shop.
Difficult to find faults.
Spacious, well-furnished rooms and rooms with impeccable cleanliness.

Ottima posizione in centro San Candido, sopra al negozio Shaeffer. Esperienza positiva tanto quanto 9 anni fa! Se potrò ci tornerò!
Very kind staff, comfortable, functional and very clean apartments.
Excellent location in the center of San Candido, above the Shaeffer shop. Positive experience as much as 9 years ago! If I can I will stay here again!
