★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - I ragazzi sono cordiali e la posizione é perfetta, con prezzi pari agli altri noleggi, leggermente più lontani.
Ma:
- Faccio difficoltà a capire perché "é impossibile fare il rimborso" (cit. Del personale) per un servizio di cui non ho usufruito, ossia due giorni di prenotazione di sci per 2 persone, peccato che alla fine del primo giorno li abbiamo consegnati e chiesto il rimborso per il secondo.
Al posto loro non avrei avuto problemi a restituire una somma parziale. Non trovo motivo di tale politica. E menomale che erano solo 2 giorni di prenotazione.
- The guys are friendly and the location is perfect, with prices equal to the other rentals, slightly further away.
But:
- I find it difficult to understand why "it is impossible to make a refund" (cit. Of the staff) for a service that I did not use, ie two days of booking skis for 2 people, a pity that at the end of the first day we delivered them and asked for a refund for the second.
In their place, I would have had no problem returning a partial sum. I find no reason for this policy. And luckily it was only 2 days of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie polecam! Mała ilość sprzętu. Chaos. Niepomocna obsługa, zwłaszcza cwaniak z brodą! Lepiej skorzystać z innej wypożyczalni.
I do not recommend! A small amount of equipment. Chaos. Unhelpful staff, especially the bearded dodger! Better to use another rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Extremely helpful staff, especially that we went there with kids, always accommodating our requests re: adjustments or size changes. This is exactly the level of service I would expect. As a bonus - always smiling! Thank you to the lady (she was so helpful with the kids) and the two gents helping us out every day throughout our stay in the valley. Superb! Hope to return there next year!
