Chiamiamo per sapere la disponibilità di un farmaco, ce la confermano per l'indomani mattina dalle 9.30: lasciamo codici ricetta e recapiti telefonici.
Attraverso 4 comuni (in 40ena..), vengo fermata in 3 posti di blocco giustificando la necessità, arrivata alle 11, mi comunicano che non c'è e non possono far altro. Non è assolutamente un comportamento e un servizio dignitoso. Perso una mattinata, rischiato sanzioni, resto senza il farmaco per altre 24h.
Really disrespectful and disappointing.
We call to find out the availability of a drug, they confirm it for us the following morning from 9.30: we leave recipe codes and telephone numbers.
Through 4 municipalities (in 40ena ..), I am stopped at 3 checkpoints justifying the need, arrived at 11, they tell me that there is not and they can do nothing else. It is absolutely not dignified behavior and service. Lost one morning, risked penalties, I remain without the drug for another 24h.
