La seconda é la totale assenza di professionalità non essendo stata capace di lavare un labrador abituato ad essere toelettato. Comunque dopo un’ora e mezza ci riconsegna il cane dicendo di non averlo lavato in quanto “non possibile” e chiedendo 15 euro per averlo solo spazzolato. Si deve garantire servizio e professionalità e non prese in giro e perdite di tempo. Unfortunately for necessity we have booked in this dog wash but with many bitter surprises. The first is that he is in a badly designed apartment. The second is the total lack of professionalism having not been able to wash a Labrador accustomed to being groomed. However, after an hour and a half he returns the dog to us saying that he has not washed it as it is "not possible" and asking for 15 euros for just brushing it. Service and professionalism must be guaranteed and not mockery and waste of time.

Devo dire che ero un po’ scettica prima di portare i miei due cagnolini per via di una recensione, ma nonostante ciò gli ho portati e sono pienamente soddisfatta. Non condivido il commento riguardante la casa in quanto lo spazio dove sistema i cani è pulito e ben attrezzato. Sigrid è disponibile e gentile, valuta insieme a te il taglio da fare ed è molto carina sia con te che con l’animale. Ve lo consiglio, disponibile 7 giorni su 7! I'm not the type to leave comments, but this time I feel compelled as Sigrid deserves it all. I must say that I was a bit skeptical before bringing my two dogs due to a review, but despite this I brought them and I am fully satisfied. I do not agree with the comment regarding the house as the space where the dogs are placed is clean and well equipped. Sigrid is helpful and kind, she evaluates with you the cut to make and is very nice both with you and with the animal. I recommend it, available 7 days a week!
