Visto che non è possibile rispondere direttamente rispondo da qui, il cane per prima cosa non era ridotto male viene lavato ogni due settimane e spazzolato tutti i giorni, inoltre la cosa non giustifica un taglio fatto in modo approssimativo e asimmetrico. Il cane aveva le orecchie a lunghezze diverse (più di un centimetro di differenza) i due lati del muso idem, sembrava quasi che ha tagliato il lato destro dimenticando di fare il lato sinistro. Inoltre il corpo è tagliato a casaccio lasciando tutta la parte dietro lunga rispetto al resto del corpo e senza uniformare l'intero corpo del cane. Really disappointed bad job. Ho rischiato nonostante le poche recensioni poiché erano tutte positive ma devo dire che sono rimasta molto delusa. Ho portato un cane a pelo lungo ed uno a pelo medio ma su entrambi il risultato è stato disastroso. Entrambi hanno il pelo tagliato a sforbiciate e su muso ed orecchie non c'è simmetria tra destra e sinistra. Oltretutto non so che prodotti vengono usati ma il pelo di entrambi è risultato crespo nonostante il cane a pelo lungo ha un pelo setoso Purtroppo i cani erano troppo agitati per rendersi conto al momento del pagamento altrimenti avrei sicuramente avuto da ridire I brought my two dogs as the toilet I usually go to had too long a waiting list. Il signor Alessandro ha un rapporto molto affettuoso con i cani ed è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Quando ho avuto problemi organizzativi per motivi di salute si è reso disponibile a venirmi incontro. Usa ottimi prodotti ,e questo lo so perche li conosco, e ha prezzi decisamente molto onesti. Assolutamente consigliabile. I have been bringing my very long-haired dogs here for about ten years. Mr. Alessandro has a very affectionate relationship with dogs and has always been very kind and helpful. When I had organizational problems for health reasons, he made himself available to help me.
