★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il personale della salumeria e della macelleria spesso con la mascherina anti covid abbassata o addirittura assente. Difficoltà nel parcheggio. Area antistante al supermercato ogni giorno sempre più sporca, viene lasciato sporco il piazzale, sia interno al cancello ma soprattutto quello esterno. Ritengo davvero indecoroso che l'area parcheggio antistante debba essere lasciata sporca con il rifiuti lì per terra. È il classico atteggiamento palermitano secondo il quale "fuori dalla mia porta di casa non è casa mia, quindi non mi spetta pulire".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato varie volte e in salumeria non usano guanti, soltanto in caso qualcuno glielo dicesse prendono scuse e li mettono momentaneamente. Non acquisto salumi ma mi domando se conviene acquistare anche il resto!! Riguardo Palermo non facciamo di tutta un'erba un fascio, ci sono anche quelli che le regole le rispettano!

I don't buy cured meats but I wonder if it's better to buy the rest too !! Regarding Palermo, we don't make a shit out of everything, there are also those who respect the rules!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento al 30/11/2021 da quando è cambiato il direttore e la maggior parte dei dipendenti (salumeria, carnezzeria) tutto va veramente male... Il direttore nuovo? Una persona intrattabile, maleducata e senza stile.
Un consiglio spassionato per i titolari: se non volete fare la fine di tutti i proprietari che ci sono stati in passato , riordinate tutto per com'era un mese fa circa ... Che il supermercato andava a gonfie vele.
Update as of 11/30/2021 since the manager changed and most of the employees (delicatessen, meat shop) everything is really bad ... The new manager? An intractable, rude and without style person.
A dispassionate advice for the owners: if you don't want to end up like all the owners who have been there in the past, rearrange everything as it was about a month ago ... That the supermarket was booming.
