Al quinto appuntamento si sono presentati in ritardo e hanno cominciato a dire che gli mancava il materiale per il montaggio, io ovviamente disperato di mia tasca gli compro le viti..... Cominciano a contestare che che nei cavi c’era l’erba e di mia mano glieli tolgo pur di fammi attivare la linea... DATE LAVORO A CHI HA VOGLIA DI LAVORARE . VERGOGNATEVI!!! SCANDALOSI!!! Nonostante TIM continua a fare solleciti e reclami dopo due mesi non sono ancora riuscito a fare installare una nuova linea telefonica. Non esiste un recapito telefonico per contattare direttamente la Sirti di Carini, evidentemente sono troppi i reclami e lo hanno tolto. Anzi 2 volte sono venuti con singolo tecnico ma il lavoro era troppo complesso e serviva la squadra. Solo dopo 2 mesi mi hanno montato la fibra e naturalmente non ho avuto alcun rimborso Telecom in quanto colpa dell azienda esterna cioè di Sirti di questo grave ritardo They showed up after 7 appointments and more than 60 days after the first request sent by Telecom.
