★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso venerdì ho visto un signore avvicinarsi al cancello di casa, senza presentarsi, ho chiesto chi fosse e cosa facesse e mi ha risposto soltanto di non preoccuparmi che stava facendo una lettura. Solo il sabato mi sono resa conto che quel signore aveva messo i sigilli al gas senza alcun preavviso, raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, PEC, e senza nemmeno presentarsi. Di venerdì, quando sabato e domenica non c'è modo di fare qualcosa, la settimana antecedente a quella del Natale, in pieno inverno, in periodo di crisi Covid. In altre occasioni hanno avvisato mandando un messaggino su whatsapp! Incredibile! Desidero una risposta celere da parte vostra a questo sopruso. E che mi si dica qual è l'insoluto, darmi eventualmente la possibilità di pagarlo ratealmente, riallacciare subito il gas e non addebitare costi di riallaccio.
 Last Friday I saw a gentleman approach the gate of the house, without introducing himself, I asked who he was and what he did and he only replied not to worry that he was doing a reading. Only on Saturday I realized that that gentleman had put the gas seals without any warning, registered letter with return receipt, PEC, and without even showing up. On Friday, when Saturday and Sunday there is no way to do something, the week before Christmas, in the middle of winter, in a period of Covid crisis. On other occasions they have warned by sending a text message on whatsapp! Incredible! I would like a swift response from you to this abuse. And tell me what the unpaid is, possibly give me the opportunity to pay it in installments, immediately reconnect the gas and not charge reconnection costs.
