★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buco normale da spina nel copertone nuovo, usato per sole tre uscite.. doveva essere sostituito perchè consumato.... ho detto che il copertone era nuovo (la bici l'ho comprata i primi di giugno) e mi hanno risposto "strano" inoltre quando sono andato a ritirarlo il giorno dopo e non lo trovavano mi hanno chiesto.. sei sicuro che lo hai portato? L'ho ritrovato io nello stesso punto in cui lo avevo lasciato il giorno prima... ovviamente non avevano fatto niente... SUPERFICIALI ebper nulla organizzati!!!! Mi avevano anche detto che mi avrebbero chiamato.. ma se aspettavo la chiamata.. avrei sicuramente perso la ruota! Poca cura del cliente! Mai più!
A normal plug hole in the new tire, used for only three outings .. had to be replaced because it was worn out .... I said the tire was new (I bought the bike in early June) and they replied "strange "also when I went to pick it up the next day and they didn't find it they asked me .. are you sure you brought it? I found it myself in the same place where I had left it the day before ... obviously they hadn't done anything ... SURFACE ebper nothing organized !!!! They also told me they would call me .. but if I waited for the call .. I would definitely lose the wheel! Little customer care! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fossi riuscito a parlare con qualcuno del negozio magari avrei scritto una recensione diversa,ma dopo essere entrato nel locale,aver salutato(come credo si faccia normalmente tra persone civili) e non aver ricevuto ne un saluto ne tantomeno un "prego,ha bisogno di qualcosa?"'sono andato via.
Complimenti, poi non vi lamentate se la gente preferisce comprare online
P.S Ho acquistato la bici su Amazon
