Niente di particolare… dopo un ora e mezza il mio cane non era ancora pronto, ma non importava molto il ritardo, il problema è che ce lo ha riconsegnato senza averlo spazzolato, ancora mezzo bagnato ( a sua detta era il profumo che gli aveva spruzzato) ma il cane si vedeva e si sentiva che era ancora bagnato, lavato male perché sul collo c’era ancora un po’ di fango e su 16 unghie che ha il cane ne avrà tagliate forse 4 e neanche della stessa zampa. Il tutto per 35 euro….. posso capire che devono fare veloce perché hanno i tempi stretti, ma veloce non vuol dire fatto male e farlo pure pagare come se fosse stato fatto tutto il lavoro richiesto. Mai più I took my dog to wash, brush, dry and trim his nails. Nothing in particular ... after an hour and a half my dog was still not ready, but the delay did not matter much, the problem is that he returned it to us without having brushed it, still half wet (according to him it was the perfume he had sprayed on him ) but the dog could see and feel that it was still wet, badly washed because there was still a bit of mud on the neck and on the 16 nails that the dog has, he will have cut maybe 4 or even the same paw. All for 35 euros… .. I can understand that they have to do fast because they have tight deadlines, but fast does not mean badly done and even pay it as if all the work required had been done. Never again
