Durante la trattativa ho fornite tutte le specifiche necessarie e soprattutto da loro stessi richieste per poter individuare quale terminale fosse compatibile con il mio impianto. Dopo l'acquisto, all'arrivo della merce ci accorgiamo che il loro prodotto non รจ adatto a far funzionare il mio impianto. A questo punto la ditta non si รจ assunta nessuna responsabilitร e non sono riuscito ad avere nessun tipo di rimborso. Morale della favola una stella per me รจ giร troppo.
I dealt with this company for a weighbridge terminal. During the negotiation I provided all the necessary specifications and above all requested by themselves in order to identify which terminal was compatible with my system. After the purchase, upon arrival of the goods, we realize that their product is not suitable for operating my system. At this point the company did not take any responsibility and I was unable to get any kind of refund. Moral of the story a star is already too much for me.
