★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono a scrivere una recensione negativa in quanto è stato impossibile ricevere i pezzi di ricambio che mi servivano urgentemente a causa di un malfunzionamento del sito. Per quanto i problemi possano esserci per tutte le piattaforme, qui ha causato la totale impossibilità di acquisto anche a seguito di contatti tramite il loro servizio di chat (da cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta) e dall'assistenza via Whatsapp che mi ha solamente comunicato non esserci alcun modo di acquistare ciò che mi serviva, per poi ignorarmi completamente. Purtroppo quindi sconsiglio l'acquisto presso RICA s.r.l. fino a che non ci sarà una miglioria del supporto clienti e del servizio di vendita online.
 Unfortunately I am writing a negative review as it was impossible to receive the spare parts I needed urgently due to a malfunction of the site. Although the problems may exist for all platforms, here it caused the total impossibility of purchasing even as a result of contacts through their chat service (from which I never received an answer) and from the assistance via Whatsapp that only communicated me there was no way to buy what I needed, and then completely ignore me. Unfortunately, therefore, I do not recommend purchasing from RICA s.r.l. until there is an improvement in customer support and online sales service.
