★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una macchina da cucire, la Signora Luciana è stata gentilissima nelle spiegazioni e nel propormi un pagamento vantaggioso anche per una come me che non possedendo una busta paga nessun altro negozio mi avrebbe proposto una finanziaria, gentilissima e cortese proprietà che ormai è difficile trovare e da quel momento vado sempre nel suo negozio certa di trovare oltre a tutto ciò che mi serve ma soprattutto una persona cordiale.

La signora più "avanti con l'età" è sgarbata e con la puzza sotto al naso.
Se entri a chiedere un pezzo di ricambio per una macchina da cucire di livello medio/basso ti guarda dall'alto in basso denigrando la tua macchina e facendoti sentire una persona povera che non può permettersi delle macchne pro come le ha lei in negozio.
Le stesse macchine poi si trovano su Amazon a prezzi nettamente inferiori (anche di 300/400 euro) invece che aprire un finanziamento dai tassi abbastanza elevati con la scusa del:"ti pare che 30 euro al mese non puoi toglierteli?".
Qui si potrà ribattere che Amazon non ti da assistenza ma sinceramente da una persona così sgarbata e maleducata non mi farei assistere nemmeno se fosse l'unica persona in grado di riparare la mia macchina da cucire.
Si salva la signora più giovane che, evidentemente conscia della maleducazione della collega, tenta di metterci una pezza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per fare un controllo e revisione su una macchina elettrica molto vecchia ma funzionante, dopo un primo approccio gentile da parte della titolare, avendo fatto chiaramente capire di non volere comprarne una nuova data la mia età, la signora è diventata sgarbata e non mi ha neanche salutata all'uscita.
