I contatti sono stati rapidi e esplicativi oltre che documentati, 2 punto a favore. 3 punto a favore c'è stato un piccolo disguido dovuto alla mancanza del manuale di guida per l'associazione al telefono prontamente inviato il giorno dopo della richiesta. Che dire sicuramente comprerò di nuovo da loro. C'è ancora gente onesta a cui piace il proprio lavoro e soprattutto sanno come tenersi un cliente. Cordialmente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto il negozio con una stella solo perché non esiste L’ opzione “zero stelle”. Proprietaria presuntuosa e arrogante. Entro nel negozio e senza accogliermi, mi lascia sull’uscio della porta chiedendomi che cosa volessi. Alla mia risposta (cercavo un bracciale) mi tratta con sufficienza rispondendomi: “non ho un bracciale perché costano troppo” (che significa? che non posso permettermelo?). Rispondo:”vediamo”… mi fa vedere dei bracciali orrendi e rispondo”hai altro?”… la sua risposta “un grammo d’ oro costa 70 euro”.
Rispondo”effettivamente non me li posso permettere” in maniera sarcastica. Me ne sono andata con fretta. In realtà volevo scappare! !!!!!! Mai più! E’ stata OFFENSIVA. Lo sconsiglio a tutti
