Ho segnalato un problema e sono stata accusata di essere bugiarda di aver usato e rotto il bracciale che avevo regalato. Ma scherziamo? Il cliente ha tutto il diritto di segnalare una svista (oltretutto in maniera educata e senza pretese, non gli ho chiesto di ridarmi i soldi indietro, ma di aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione), e se lo fa di certo non vuole sentirsi attaccato, soprattutto se è un cliente che spende spesso nella gioielleria. Io non ho parole, la maleducazione davvero non ha limiti. Comprate pure da Silver Streets, ma se riscontrate problemi, non andate a reclamare perché sicuramente sarete trattati da stracci. Dopo nemmeno 24 ore dall'acquisto di un anello di 20 euro "indistruttibile", a detta del commerciante stesso, sono tornata per cambiare la misura poiché risultava grande. La risposta del signore è stata che essendo stato usato la cosa gli risultava difficile.... Dopo una lunga discussione sono uscita amareggiata e delusa dal comportamento, ma con il cambio effettuato.
