Dichiarazione redditi anno 2017: non si sa cosa succede ma l Agenzia delle entrate mi paga nel 2018. Nel frattempo devo riportargli tutte le ricevute perché vogliono inserirle di nuovo nell archivio elettronico. Anno 2018 solo per un caso mi accorgo che non sono state inserite alcune ricevute. Anno 2019 assegni familiari: arrivo alle 1730 e una signora all ingresso mi dice che il caaf è chiuso. Le faccio presente che l ingresso è fino alle 18.00 e che non accettano prenotazione. Arriva una persona che aveva prenotato e viene mandata via perché tra poco chiudono e c è fila. Alle 1803 finalmente mi ricevono ma non posso fare la richiesta perché è troppo presto per fare la richiesta. Molto arrabbiato le faccio presente quanto ho detto prima e che nessuno inoltre mi ha detto che c è una tempistica per le richieste. Questa mi risponde che il centralino non è abilitato a dare informazioni ma solo i funzionari...valutate voi se andarci. Per alcuni anni mi sono trovato bene, ma a questo punto non so più che pensare. Declaration of income 2020: punctual, efficient and everything went well. It did something to protest. Ovviamente nel rifare quel documento ci siamo rivolti ad un altro patronato.
