Spariti...dopo aver fatto la pratica per disoccupazione (arrivata in tempi rapidissimi ,per carita',visto che le loro provvigioni sono alle stelle e quindi gli conveniva), sto ancora aspettando una risposta per gli assegni familiari! Vergognosi! Idem per esperienze di due miei carissimi conoscenti. Bad! I await an answer from May 2020 !!! Absurd! Gone ... after having done the application for unemployment (arrived very quickly, for heaven's sake, since their commissions are skyrocketing and therefore it was convenient), I'm still waiting for an answer for family allowances! Shameful! Ditto for the experiences of two of my dearest acquaintances.

Dal 2016 al 2019 avevo fatto richiesta per usufruire della NASPI in altre sedi e per quattro anni di seguito avevo ricevuto i soldi in fortissimo ritardo per i più svariati problemi burocratici e amministrativi. Per cui quest'anno ho deciso di fare una ricerca in rete e rivolgermi al CAF col più alto numero di recensioni positive su Google e quest'agenzia di Garbatella aveva il quadruolo delle recensioni di tutte le altre (39) Pertanto quest'anno mi sono rivolto a loro per la richiesta della NASPI, facendo per altro partire la domanda in grande ritardo a causa di problemi personali (era l'ultima settimana di luglio) Non c'è stato neanche bisogno che mi recassi fisicamente presso l'agenzia (come è prassi in altri Patronati) in quanto tutta la documentazione mi è stata richiesta per e-mail. Questa cosa mi aveva sinceramente spiazzato, ma non tanto quanto aver ricevuto il primo bonifico dall'INPS il 17 agosto, solo 19 giorni dopo aver fatto domanda e per altro in forte ritardo ! Che dire di più ? Un grazie sincero a Elena la cui professionalità, cortesia e dedizione eclissa persino il servizio offerto da Amazon ! I really like doing reviews on the products I buy or the places where I have consumed to help and inform other people, I never imagined that one day I would review a Patronato! From 2016 to 2019 I had applied to take advantage of NASPI in other locations and for four consecutive years I had received the money very late for the most varied bureaucratic and administrative problems. So this year I decided to do a search on the net and contact the CAF with the highest number of positive reviews on Google and this agency in Garbatella had the quadruple of reviews of all the others (39) Therefore this year I turned to them for the NASPI request, making the application very late due to personal problems (it was the last week of July) There was also no need for me to physically go to the agency (as is the practice in other Patronates) as all the documentation was requested from me by e-mail. This thing had frankly displaced me, but not as much as having received the first bank transfer from the INPS on August 17th, only 19 days after applying and moreover very late! What more can we say? A sincere thanks to Elena whose professionalism, courtesy and dedication even outshines the service offered by Amazon!

Ho bussato è la signorina dentro mi fa un segno che è chiuso.ho preso il numero attaccato sulla vetrata e ho mandato messaggio mica mi hanno risposto. No. Non lo so perche? It was a Wednesday as they close at 13. I was there to ask for information at 12.17 the door was locked with the key. I knocked and the young lady inside makes me a sign that it is closed. I took the number stuck on the window and I sent a message, they didn't answer me. No. I don't know why?
