★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale che dovrebbe aiutare soprattutto le persone anziane è disabili si comporta da maleducato e senza alcun rispetto, ho personalmente assistito a scenate varie e maltrattamenti verbali a una donna anziana che non aveva preso appuntamento, capisco lo stress ma se non siete in grado cambiate lavoro.
The staff who should help especially the elderly and disabled people behave rude and without any respect, I personally witnessed various scenes and verbal abuse to an elderly woman who had not made an appointment, I understand the stress but if you are unable to change your job .
