Capitanati dal boss Simone Arena, riescono a esportare la loro formula vincente nel mondo della comunicazione e dell'audiovisivo anche all'estero, attraverso un linguaggio sempre fresco, immediato, "simpol" e all'avanguardia. Sono un fenomeno anomalo soprattutto per la posizione geografica in cui nascono, ovvero la provincia torinese (soprannominata "Non è un paese per giovani"), oramai landa quasi desolata in termini produttivi e imprenditoriali.
Il merito è soprattutto del fondatore, Simone: oltre ad essere fotografo, videomaker e creativo, veste anche i panni del coach visionario in grado di formare e potenziare una squadra di collaboratori superlativi, pronti a interpretare al meglio ogni sfida con grinta e divertimento. L'arma vincente di Simpol? Sono una crew dall'impronta internazionale! Lavorano molto sui rapporti interpersonali e sul benessere, realizzando quello che all'estero chiamano Happiness Management.
