Li contatto telefonicamente mercoledì 15 settembre per chiedere se avevano disponibilità per un trasporto auto per la settimana successiva. Mi dicono che se confermo il giorno successivo ce la facevano senza problemi. Li ricontatto giovedì e confermo tutto, mi dicono di inviare mail e gliela invio. Nessuna risposta. Li richiamo il giorno stesso per sapere se avessero ricevuto la mail e mi dicono che mi stavano rispondendo. Venerdì ancora al telefono confermano che stavano rispondendo alla mail e che lunedì/martedì sarebbe partita la macchina. Lunedì non mi contatta nessuno, li richiamo e mi rispondono che sarei stata ricontattata da un collega per conoscere il giorno del ritiro martedì o mercoledì. Ad oggi 23 settembre non ho avuto nessuna notizia e nessun tipo di contatto. Mi hanno fatto tenere una persona ferma in un posto per 3 giorni in attesa di ritiro. Pessimi in tutto. On Friday still on the phone they confirm that they were answering the email and that Monday / Tuesday the car would leave. No one contacts me on Monday, I call them back and they reply that I would be contacted by a colleague to find out the day of the retreat on Tuesday or Wednesday. To date, September 23, I have had no news and no contact whatsoever. They made me hold a person in one place for 3 days awaiting collection. Bad in everything.
