 Lorenzo and Rudy have created a very comfortable meeting place where all the excellences one would expect from a bar are found. Including the lunch proposals. Quality and service not easy to find. The brand new outdoor area is splendid ... Spritz with the fruit of an exceptional Passion. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'angolo fra via Repubblica e viale Mentana con vista sulla fontana animata da giochi d'acqua, il Bar Simple propone gustose colazioni in un ambiente accogliente. Cappuccino di qualità in cui la montatura del latte oppone la " dovuta resistenza" alla discesa dello zucchero di canna verso il fondo della tazza. Ottima, tra le varie brioches e paste, la ciambella bicolore.
At the corner of via Repubblica and viale Mentana with a view of the fountain animated by water games, the Simple Bar offers tasty breakfasts in a welcoming environment. Quality cappuccino in which the whipping of the milk opposes the "due resistance" to the descent of the cane sugar towards the bottom of the cup. Excellent, among the various brioches and pastas, the two-colored donut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastronoma futura nutrizionista attenta alla qualità e ai dettagli, letteralmente devota alla colazione. Vi consiglio di provare questo posticino per 3 semplici motivi: locale delizioso, pulito e curato, proprietari cortesi, gentili e meticolosi (che amano il proprio lavoro e si vede), cabaret delle paste OTTIMO (ben assortito con ampia scelta) a un prezzo onestissimo.
Le proverò tutte, intanto vi consiglio il croissant alla ricotta (che amo) e le treccine. Fatte dallo chef Corrado Parisi, equilibrate, non stucchevoli e golose.
Ps: montano il latte benissimo, una crema degna di questo nome nel mio cappuccino!
Future nutritionist gastronomist attentive to quality and details, literally devoted to breakfast. I recommend you try this little place for 3 simple reasons: delicious, clean and well-kept place, courteous, kind and meticulous owners (who love their work and it shows), EXCELLENT pasta cabaret (well assorted with a wide choice) at a very honest price .
I'll try them all, in the meantime I recommend the ricotta croissant (which I love) and the pigtails. Made by chef Corrado Parisi, balanced, not cloying and greedy.
Ps: they mount the milk very well, a cream worthy of the name in my cappuccino!

Well furnished room, I love the color of the walls and the outdoor area they have created. Good cocktails, accompanied by generous savory croissants with grilled vegetables, cold cuts and chips. Super friendly staff!

Only one additional favor to ask - please reduce amount of smoking of the staff, with all respect, but sometimes it is hard for non-smoker clients to stay around.
