Dopo 2 mesi dall’acquisto di un paio di scarpe mi reco per renderle a causa di un difetto e rispedirle in azienda. Premetto che avevo già contattato l’azienda e ho seguito solo le loro indicazioni. Praticamente si rifiuta di prendere il reso dicendo che la scarpa non era difettata. Praticamente lui fa le veci dell’azIenda! Intanto ho spedito il tutto personalmente con annessa una lettera per raccontare da chi si fanno rappresentare! Concludo dicendo solo Mai più da Simone calzature.
 I do not recommend this children's shoe store for how they handled the aftermarket. After 2 months of buying a pair of shoes, I go to return them due to a defect and send them back to the company. I state that I had already contacted the company and only followed their directions. He basically refuses to take the return saying the shoe wasn't faulty. He practically takes the place of the company! Meanwhile, I sent everything personally with a letter attached to tell who they are represented! I conclude by saying only Mai più da Simone footwear.
