Assistenza post-vendita Pessima, personale molto poco propenso a risolvere un cambio nonostante si trattase di un difetto di conformità della scarpa pagata 150 euro.
Però problema risolto contattando la direzione generale di Aw-Lab la scarpa mi è stata cambiata presso lo store di Molfetta.
Grazie per la vostra disponibilità.
Avete perso un cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo da tempo un determinato modello di scarpe, le jordan mid. Ogni giorno mi hanno chiesto di ripassare e il giorno stesso in cui sono arrivate hanno detto che sarebbero arrivate il giorno stesso se non fosse stato per il covid, quindi la settimana prossima. Invece il giorno stesso erano arrivate, infatti il giorno dopo, oggi, recandomi lì le ho trovate. Stranamente non erano disponibili le taglie da donna che cercavo per me, ma fino a qui tutto ok. Mi dicono che è disponibile il 40 e il 41, altre taglie che potevano andarmi bene comunque, poi la commessa se ne viene e dice: “c’è solo questo”, una palese presa per i fondelli. La cosa che più mi ha irritato è stato il prezzo del paio, 150€, quando invece il prezzo di listino sul sito è palesemente di 120€. Esperienza orribile, personale che addirittura ha mentito. Speravo fosse quell’unico negozio ad avere prodotti recenti ed onesto, invece totalmente l’opposto. Sconsiglio a chiunque questo negozio, potete trovare su internet qualsiasi paio presente a un prezzo inferiore. Delusa in una maniera incredibile
