Ho lavorato presso la Simest spa in appalto dal 2013 al 2016 ma la società con cui ho lavorato in sub appalto Techshare Srl amministrata da DOMENICO RENZI allora e oggi da Verga Marcella non mi ha versato il Tfr che avevo richiesto nel giugno 2013 richiesta inviata tramite fax a voi e alla Techshare Srl, di versare sul fondo pensione Generali previngel global e rifiutano ad oggi di farlo. La società con cui ho lavorato si chiama Techshare Srl ribadisco continua ad essere aperta ma non versa quello che mi spetta adesso tra interessi legali e quante azionarie perse sia a circa 7000 euro. In questi casi voi non dovreste rispondere in solido della mancanze delle vostre società in sub appalto. Quale l'indirizzo del vostro ufficio legale?
