S	Sam Cantor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Il lavoro dei traslocatori è stato nella norma, ma l'ufficio amministrativo è stato davvero poco professionale. Hanno sbagliato i tempi rispetto alla pianificazione, gli oggetti da trasportare e non avevano i permessi necessari. Hanno negato i danni che avevano fatto senza prenderne visione e hanno preteso il pagamento prima della fine del lavoro. Alla larga! Bad experience. The work of the movers was normal, but the administrative office was really unprofessional. They got the timing wrong with respect to planning, the objects to be transported and did not have the necessary permits. They denied the damage they had done without seeing it and demanded payment before the job was finished. Stay away!

Nell’arco degli ultimi anni abbiamo utilizzato i servizi dell’azienda Silvestri per vari traslochi, sia all’interno di Genova, che verso la Germania e dall’Inghilterra. Abbiamo anche usufruito del loro deposito per un paio di anni. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti di tutto il team di Silvestri ed in particolare della persona dell’ufficio amministrativo che ci ha sempre seguito, Lidia Tedros: grande flessibilità anche in caso di richieste particolari, esecuzione veloce ed efficiente con attenzione ai dettagli, nessun danno nei vari spostamenti. L’azienda Silvestri ci era stata inizialmente raccomandata da amici e noi non esiteremmo a raccomandarla a nostra volta. We are living in England. Over the last few years we have used the services of the Silvestri company for various removals, both within Genoa and towards Germany and England. We also used their deposit for a couple of years. We are fully satisfied with the whole Silvestri team and in particular with the person in the administrative office who has always followed us, Lidia Tedros: great flexibility even in the case of special requests, fast and efficient execution with attention to details, no damage in the various movements . The Silvestri company was initially recommended by friends and we would not hesitate to recommend it in turn.
F	Fosca Morali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena concluso un trasloco durato tre giorni... con partenza da Genova e destinazione finale dei mobili in tre posti differenti ( Genova , Milano e Acqui Terme). Sono stati BRAVISSIMI Puntuali, precisi , sempre disponibili e sorridenti anche se ho variato alcune destinazioni. Tutto e' stato impacchettato con cura estrema, ordinati e organizzati. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.... sono dei veri professionisti!!! Mai avrei pensato che fare un trasloco potesse essere così "semplice". A three-day move just ended ... with departure from Genoa and final destination of the furniture in three different places (Genoa, Milan and Acqui Terme). They were VERY GOOD Punctual, precise, always available and smiling even though I have varied some destinations. Everything was packed with extreme care, tidy and organized. Absolutely highly recommended .... they are real professionals !!! I never thought that moving could be so "simple".

Persone serie ma con personale (almeno parte di quello destinato al mio trasferimento) alquanto maleducato e poco collaborativo. Danni non risarciti (una grande lampada di ceramica ed una statuetta) ma, dopo uno scambio di missive e telefonate infuocate, fatto aggiustare a loro spese un lampadario antico. Infine, la merce traslocata è stata sballata solo in parte.... Sono poi tornati a ritirare gli scatoloni svuotati da me! I asked for their collaboration for a minimum move and a short distance. Serious but with staff (at least part of that destined for my transfer) quite rude and uncooperative. Damages not compensated (a large ceramic lamp and a statuette) but, after an exchange of missive letters and phone calls, he had an antique chandelier fixed at their expense. Finally, the goods translocated was busted in part .... I then returned to pick up the boxes emptied from me!
C	Carlamaria Repetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con le segretarie dell'ufficio amministrativo arroganti e maleducate ,danni negati non risarciti (una TV nuova )senza nemmeno prendere visione .Molto disponibili e gentili invece il team di collaboratori che hanno eseguito materialmente il trasloco. Peccato che ci si debba interfacciare con persone cosi 'scortesi e cosi' poco professional per cui non lo consiglierei certamente . Bad experience with the arrogant and rude administrative office secretaries, denied damages not compensated (a new TV) without even viewing. The team of collaborators who physically carried out the move were very helpful and kind. Too bad that we have to interface with people so rude and so unprofessional so I would certainly not recommend it.

Meglio cercare altro che ritrovarsi persone così Arrogant and rude and poorly organized. Before the service the owner is nice after the service he uses his arrogance. Better to look for other than to find people like that
B	Bruno Aloi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza drammatica dall'inizio. Dopo aver preso un appuntamento per un sopralluogo,senza avvisare danno buca.. che vergogna!! Poi dopo qualche giorno finalmente il sopralluogo ma no c'è stato verso di avere un preventivo. Chiamato decine e decine e di volte ma nulla.. sconsiglio vivamente.. andate altrove. A dramatic experience from the start. After making an appointment for an inspection, without warning damage hole .. what a shame !! Then after a few days finally the inspection but there was no way of having a quote. Called dozens and dozens of times but nothing .. I strongly advise against .. go elsewhere.

Arriva addirittura a cambiare il prezzo pattuito, forte del fatto che ha le tue cose in magazzino. E ti perde pure la roba. Se vi piace trovarvi nel bel mezzo di un trasloco a dover gestire un problema di questo genere è la ditta che fa per voi. I read from other reviews that it is a vice to be kind and helpful first and then to be peasants and rude. He even goes so far as to change the agreed price, thanks to the fact that he has your things in stock. And you lose your stuff too. If you like to find yourself in the middle of a move having to manage a problem of this kind, the company is right for you.
