Tutto è stato gestito perfettamente dall'inizio alla fine. Mi hanno chiamato per confermare la data e l'orario del pick-up (e hanno chiamato un'ora prima per avvisarmi che sarebbero arrivati puntuali). Hanno enumerato tutti i pacchi prima di metterli sul camion. I pacchi sono arrivati nella data concordata e tutti in perfette condizioni (articoli fragili inclusi). Il prezzo era onesto e sono stati efficienti e professionali. Grazie mille! I moved from England to Italy in November 2020. I used the shipping service (I did the packaging myself). Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. They called me to confirm the pick-up date and time (and called an hour before to let me know they would be on time). They enumerated all the packages before putting them on the truck. The packages arrived on the agreed date and all in perfect condition (including fragile items). The price was fair and they were efficient and professional. Thanks a lot!

Sono stato telefonicamente aggiornato step by step sullo stato del trasporto da Londra a Caravaggio (BG). Su mia richiesta sono riusciti ad anticipare la consegna, ed il tutto nel pieno rispetto delle disposizioni anti covid e nonostante tempistiche dilatate causa Brexit. Consiglio Fabbri Traslochi a chiunque debba affrontare un trasloco internazionale. The guys from Fabbri Traslochi were extremely punctual in collection and delivery, careful and efficient in packaging, as well as in loading / unloading. I was updated step by step by telephone on the status of transport from London to Caravaggio (BG). At my request, they were able to anticipate the delivery, and all in full compliance with the anti-covid provisions and despite extended timelines due to Brexit. I recommend Fabbri Traslochi to anyone who has to deal with an international move.

Sono stato contattato direttamente via telefono dal titolare (che fa piacere dopo aver ricevuto parecchie risposte automatizzate e confuse) poco dopo aver richiesto il preventivo, e ci ha dato in subito tempistiche/costi/spiegazioni precise e molto ragionevoli— e la consegna è avvenuta in meno di 48 ore! Parlano sia italiano che inglese e sono stati molto gentili, rapidi e professionali. They helped us transport 20 boxes from Northern Italy to London. I was contacted directly by phone by the owner (who is pleased after receiving several automated and confused replies) shortly after requesting the quote, and he immediately gave us precise and very reasonable timing / costs / explanations - and the delivery took place in less than 48 hours! They speak both Italian and English and were very kind, quick and professional.

Our move was from Milanto London and they were very well prepared on all the needs for international relocation. Our 240sqm flat was efficiently and safely packed in half a day.they did a very clean job. Also, they were not making us feel any type of pressure, very pleasant experience.

I moved from London to Tuscany and Stefano and his London team were incredible. They are so professional, arrived at the exact time that they said they would for both collection and drop-off, they were flexible, reasonably priced, efficient, quick, flexible and friendly. I would highly recommend them for cross-border removals.
